Job Description:


The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for utilizing various tools to identify candidates for opportunity based in North America. The tools will include online job boards, internal resume database, professional networking sites, social networking sites, etc. The Sourcing Specialist will report directly to a Team Manager but will communicate heavily, and take direction from, internal customers in the North America.



Essential Job Responsibilities:


- As a Sourcing Specialist one is responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customers requirements.

- Will be involved for the complete life cycle of the recruitment process

- Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates

- Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool

- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities

- Matching qualified candidates to clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates

- Negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates

- Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions

- Conduct skills testing and reference checks.

- A positive attitude and high level of commitment is a basic pre requisite to be a part of our team.
