Job Role: IT Support Engineer - Night Shift [male Candidate]
Job Summary :
The IT support Engineer will act as the single point
of contact to the users (mainly employees) for all IT related requirements.
The responsibilities of the IT support Engineer will be to:
1. Provide first level IT support to the users in USA office.
2. Manage IT helpdesk by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the user"s desktop
3. Troubleshoot Network related issues.
4. Troubleshoot Login and domain related issues.
5. Troubleshoot Operating System and general Software related issues.
6. Record escalations from employees and notify the IT head on any operational escalations and complaints.
Desire Profile:
# Any IT specific Graduate/Post Graduate with 0 to 4 Years of Experience.
# Good Communication & Inter-Personal Skills.
# Freshers can also apply
# Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai and Central Suburbs may only apply.
However, candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply.
CTC OFFERED: 2 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs per annum (Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate)
