The Talent entity cuts across all the business functions, providing quality HR support and enabling smooth functioning of the businesses. The four service areas (Acquisition, Delivery, Development and Specialties) under Talent are designed to deliver focused HR solutions to its supporting business functions.  Each entity functions as a specialized unit.

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM (HR specialization only), 50% throughout the academic career

General expectations:

·          Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).

·          Ability to build networks within the organization.

·          Be able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.

·          Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.

·          Suggest practical solutions and partner with clients to implement the solutions.

·          High energy with ability to deal with ambiguity

·          Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
