The ideal candidate would be someone having recruitment background.

Salary would be at par with the industry standards + incentives (individual & team) but would be periodically revised based on the individual"s performance in meeting the company"s goals and the growth of the company.

Basically the company is looking for a person who can take the responsibility of running a team.

Be accountable and be able to drive numbers. Currently will be responsible for operations of a team in the corporate office but would also service clients across India.

The desired profile of the candidate:

Minimum graduation and above.
Must have excellent spoken English communication skills (VERY IMPORTANT).
Must be a go-getter with lots of enthusiasm and desire to achieve.
Must be ambitious.
Must be able to achieve the targets of the company through self and other employees
Candidates with relevant experience will be a distinct advantage.
Should have leadership qualities to lead and guide the team
Should have the ability to expand the operations from its present levels to more than double its operations from its present levels to more than double its operations within one year.
