Job Description
  • Accountability for production of all VGS scheduled HR reports, plus ad-hoc reports as and when the business require. Plus, management and maintenance of sharepoint site and access rules in order to obtain reports
  • Regular HR data reporting following business specifications from the HR system providing tailored accurate and complete management information solutions for customers, both internal and external, produce regular HR reports from SAP Wayfarer.
  • Supporting the business with developing data following specific requests.
  • Acting a focal point of contact with various business associates e.g. HR Account Partners, Finance, IT, International Mobility, outsourced suppliers, for answering data questions, produce ad hoc reports and driving improvements.
  • SAP Wayfarer HR Key User
  • Act as a first point of contact for technical advise on SAP HR, help the HR community in solving problems around data maintenance in SAP and reporting
  • Enhancing data integrity and data quality



Desired Profile Experience in handling HR-MIS on SAP.
Excelllent communication is a must as he will be interacting with UK clients.
We need a core MIS person who has worked on HR data reporting on SAP system.
Experience in BI tool preferred.
