Job Title: Process Analyst (Statistical Data Analysis) 

• Mandatory Night Shifts (EST)

• Education: MBA(Preferably Finance)

• Experience: 0-1 yrs

• Immediate Joinee

Responsibilities:

• Understand and utilize the different software applications used to support the process

• Consolidate and organize information from different data sources in order to provide business level views on Account activity

• Receive critical notifications from customer, route to appropriate CompuGain resource, and follow up to confirm that action was taken

• Track and report on our activity against the customer Scorecard and Service Level Agreements

• Schedule and coordinate key meetings for the account team

• Prepare agenda & reports that will be utilized for periodic status meetings on the account

• Act as a liaison to other team members in order to ensure that communications are flowing, priorities are understood, and the team is acting on current information

• Track and monitor the results from hiring manager conference calls to ensure that intel and actions were captured

• Conduct spot checks with sample transactions to ensure compliance

• Capture & maintain the customers procedures in a central document for use by the recruiting team

Qualifications:

• Entry level position for an MBA graduate (finance preferred)

• Being proactive and taking ownership, and attention to details.

• Working in a fast paced services organization

• Exceptional organizational skills to multi-task and balance priorities

• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Analytical skills and methodical approach

• Troubleshooting and root cause research
