Ø  The candidate should have Completed  B.Tech(All streams)/B.Sc(All streams)/BCA/BBA/MCA/BA & B.Com from any recognized university.
Ø  Should have strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency &Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, Lexical Resource)
Ø  Should have basic Desktop and computer knowledge and understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
Ø  Possess good organizational and time management skills
Ø  Need to display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
Should exhibit strong teamwork Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
