Responsibilities
Location: Bangalore , IN
About the Role:
Candidate will be working as a Senior Software Development Engineer for Consumer Business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and Development in Android platform and unit-test of applications for the mobile team and perform any tasks related to the software development needs of the team.
· Develop bug free (as far as possible) and easy to maintain code.
· Follow industry and McAfee prescribed processes for software development.
· Collaborate with QA to identify and remedy software defects
· Participate in improving software development practices
· Help improve the product by addressing bug backlo! g
Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills & Education:
· 5-7 years of experience in development
· 2-3 years of experience in Android application development
· Development experience in Core Java with multi-threaded programming, design patterns and have good data structure and algorithm writing skills.
· Possess strong interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of Tizen will be a plus
· Highly motivated.
· Must be a team player and easy to work with.
· B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science
