Job Responsibility:

Responsible for answering calls /placing customer service emails and abide by the prescribed norms(no customer avoidance)
Capturing customer details and liaison with departments
Apply trained and updated industry specific technology in clients processes, applications/ utilities and products.
Maintain high level of technical expertise, soft-skills and
phone etiquette skills.
Stick to the provided script wherever applicable .
Dispatch escalated issues as appropriate.

Candidate profile :

Qualification: 10+2+pursuing graduation;
Diploma(10+3) fresher
Bachelors degree (BSc, BCA etc..) fresher/ experienced.
