Job Description

Understanding Portfolio Management, Wealth Management domain and its relevance with respect to client requirement. Provide Training/Understanding to client on usage of the applications.
Analyse daily Functional queries raised by clients.
Prepare Business Scenarios based on issues reported, create Test Cases to support the scenarios and prepare Gap Analysis document from existing functionality.
Coordinating with different teams which include Product Team, Tech Support Team, and Development Team for understanding as well as for knowledge sharing on resolving the issues.
Preparing management MIS and internal MIS for SLA compliance.


Job Specification:
Strong Analytical Skills
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Preferably from the fi! nancial Domain
Project management experience
Qualification: Post Graduates with financial Background
Experience: 0-3 Years
