We have some urgent requirement for Research Associates (Voice Process) in our organization.

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 0 months 3 Years into International calling

Qualification: Any (Under-Graduate / Fresher with excellent in English are also welcome).

Desirable:
1. Candidate will be preferable from Gurgaon.
2. Must be fluent in English.
3. Should have basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
4. Willing to work in 24*5 shifts.
5. Should have experience in International calling will be preferable.
6. Should have a problem solving attitude and can work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for conducting primary and secondary research within all Geographies
Secondary research for lead generation and ! other project related work by using databases such as Google, Hoovers & One Source
Making calls to interact & discuss about the topics related to the Survey project with the key employees or partners of an organization to fetch useful information & content
Updating the database of the company with details of the New Companies and their Key Executives.
