Handling customer queries for inbound - domestic process.

The criteria & skill sets that candidates are required to posses:

- Minimum 18 years of age

- Should be an Indian national

- Undergraduates, Graduates & Post Graduates

- We also hire candidates who have passed 10th standard (High School)

- We hire Graduates from following streams: Diploma holders,B.A,B.COM, B.Sc,BCA, BBA, B.Ed, BHM students etc.

- Open to work in shifts including night shifts.

- Willing to work in any rotational shift in accordance to business requirements.

- The candidates should have the ability to read & comprehend in English.

- Should have basic knowledge of operating a computer.
