ERNET India, an autonomous scientific society under Department of

Electronics and Information Technology, M/o Communications & Information

Technology, has been set up with the objectives to: develop, set up and operate a

nationwide state-of-the-art Computer Communication Infrastructure; undertake and

promote education, research & development, training and standardization in the area of

computer networking and information technology;' and develop options for the

consideration of the Government for the development of information infrastructure and

computer networking in the country

ERNET India is looking for suitable personnel for filling up of the following

Technical posts on Contract basis. The number of posts to be filled up, the mode of

recruitment, age & the place of posting etc. are as under:-

1) Project Engineer

(a) No. of post 16 (UR-7,SC-3,ST-2 & OBC-4)

(b) Place of Posting 15 - New Delhi & Ol-Mumbai

(c) Age 30 years (Relaxation as per GoI

Rules)

(d) Consolidated Monthly Remuneration- Rs.27,000/-

(e) Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications & Experience: -

Essential: Degree in Technology or Engineering or equivalent with 60%

marks in aggregate in the field of ElectronicslElectricall Electronics and

Communication/Telecommunication/Computer Science/Master Degree in Physics with

specialization in ElectronicslMCA with B.Sc.

Desirable: Exposure in the area of Computer Communication

II) Jr. Project Engineer

 

(a) No. of post 4 (UR-2,SC-I&OBC-l)

(b) Place of Posting 4 - New Delhi

(c) Age(Relaxation as per GoI30 yearsRules)

(d) Consolidated Monthly Remuneration -Rs.17,000/-

(e) Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications & Experience: -

 

Essential: Diploma with 60% marks in aggregate in Electronics/ElectricallElectronics

& Communication/Telecommunication/Computer engineeringllTIBSc in Physics with

specialization in Electronics

Desirable: Exposure in the area of Computer Communication.
