Job description & candidate profile :

1.       Conducting Basic level trainings, induction trainings for the employees
2. Timely & planned recruitment & execution including proper screening process
3. Executing proper employee interaction & feedback at offices & branches.
4. Timely execution of confirmation, promotions, increments, full & final settlement.
5. Ensure 100% compliance of employee records as per HR policy ratified by Audit.
6. Timely remittance PF / ESIC/ PT with in defined time frame - 100% compliance
7. Traveling across Branches in Tamil Nadu.
