Job Description& Candidate profile:

Good Communication Skills

Familiar with minimum one South Indian Language preferably Tamil

Ability to manage a large workforce. Prefer someone who has managed a large workforce of 300- 500 employees before

Open to travel in the entire south region

Ability to deal with external employees

Ability to work in a virtual set up

Prior experience in HR operations or a Generalist role

EXPECTED WORK

a.         Ensuring timely Settlement of Monthly Salaries and Incentive payouts

b.         Driving the PDP process for all field teams – QOC Data Management, tracking talent pipeline, etc

c.         Driving the Monthly recognition initiative MOC Star Program for all field teams

d.         Working closely with local consultants on compensation benchmarking studies and thereby ensuring that all 3p employees are paid adequately and competitively

e.         Ensuring all statutory compliance (PF, ESIC etc)

Education & Work Experience:

Graduate degree preferably certified in Social Work, Labour Relations, HR or an MBA in HR

HR professional open to travel and manage a diverse workforce
