Job Description:
The Data Services Department is responsible for the creation and maintenance of client databases in a hierarchical structure to provide data back to the client on both their own and competitors products. This includes conversion of data into information through a series of operational activities like Keycatting, coding, placements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand the business, Customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (Business)
Develop expertise in processes and domain. Associate should become experts for those categories assigned (products)
Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables(processes)
To take ownership of all the assigned categories and Key cats and be the main point of contact for your home office an all new ads, placement and delivery issues (ownership)
Accountable for the quality and accuracy of the categories. (accountability)
Plan and prioritise the work load to ensure that all assignments are delivered accurately to meet specified time lines (planning)
Ensure timely and accurate update of all categories. Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time, every-time. Meet all deadlines for compare and infoview submission. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change. (timeliness)
Ensure that all the feedbacks and the learning from the home office, client, field etc is documented and applied to the categories to improve accuracy (Baseline the learning)
Responsible for the continual coding of new products to aid in the creation of client deliverables
Be responsible for maintaining the SLA of each period and the delivery performance.
Ensure that all the reports are maintained and cleared on time
Provide an effective liaison between our home office teams to ensure our clients are serviced to the required levels. Associates must be client focused in their approach to their work.
