Job Description: WIPRO BPO -Walk in interview for CA & ICWAI - 20th to 22nd Feb

Skill Set -

• Monitoring and ensuring closure of daily/weekly and monthly deliverables of AR, AP, GL accounting process.
• Timely updation of AR, AP & GL aging reports, monitoring claims/Rejects processing within SLA time limit.
• Closely monitoring claims/Rejects and regular follow-up with clients for timely collection.
• Complete ownership on team deliverables and handling escalations
• Take initiative in the team's continuous learning.
• Adherence to all Controls in the process as per SOP, policy requirements and compliance to procedures, as applicable.
• Demonstrated instances of resolving issues / escalation or providing solution to customers based on assimilated functional knowledge
• Understanding of upstream and downstream processes.
• Ensure productivity targets are met as against the standards set for your respective process area.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with Customers. Structured call with customers & Structured feedback from customers
