Job Description : Quikr hiring Community Specialist freshers/expirienced 0-2 years @mumbai
Help build an online environment on Quikr based on trust & credibility amongst community of users by being part of the critical Trust & Safety / Community Development team
Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to process and filter inappropriate Ads online as per policies
- Communicate proactively when required to users
- Collate feedback from community and action next steps
- Create weekly reports
- Cross functional interaction with Product and Marketing to ensure execution of key tasks
- New Seller training and support as required
Requirements
- Graduate from a good University with decent academic track record
- Ideally with 0-2 years work experience in a customer-oriented BPO / Online experience
- Enthusiasm for internet, e-commerce, and online community important
- Excellent eye for detail
- Good analytical skills and a good sense of judgement
- MS-Excel, MS-Word, Email and MS-PowerPoint skills are crucial
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills - verbal and written
- Should be a team player who can work with people of all levels
- Ability to prioritise work and ensure efficient time management
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Needs to be a self-starter:high energy, self-motivated
- Energised by unstructured, start-up environment
- Fluent in English, Hindi (Proficiency in additional Indian language will have a preference)
