Job Description:
Prepares daily basis & Monthly basis Attendance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Knowledge of Biometric & Payroll Software
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, employment processing.
Maintaining office records & filings of employees.
Knowledge of ESI, PF & Insurance is mandatory.
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement
