Job Description: HCL Technologies off-campus for BTECH Freshers on 28th May
Responsible for giving Technical support to International customers over the
Phone. Should be able to Meet minimum login hours. Meeting SLA on time.
Keeping AHT under control. Attendance should be above 96% Should not take any
unsched leave.
• Should be above 18 years & below 40 years of age.
• Should be comfortable working in night shifts i.e. 24x7x365 enviornment.
• Freshers are welcome.
• 1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage.
• Relevant expereince of any industry would be taken into consideration
