Job Description:HCL Technologies -Walk-in for B.com Freshers
Role's and Responsibilities:-
Respond to requesters correspondence
Expertise in data collection, database management
Experience with mass mailing
Knowledge of HTML coding and spam policies
Effective use of checklist
Problem solving skills
Proficiency in written communication
Exceptional attention to detail and organizing
Understanding process flow and coordination
Perform changes requested by subscribers and cleanup of database
Create & maintain subscriber lists as per applicable laws and guidelines
Ensure relevant rules are followed in mailing creation, request for changes in case of deviations from set rules
Mailing deployment, delivery management & preparing reports as per requester requirements .
Expectations:-
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in Night shift.
