Deloitte Canada's Creative Design team is seeking a Analyst - Digital Media Designer who can handle a fast- paced environment and tight deadlines. The candidate must be able to work independently and as a member of a team and will be able to manage and organize projects as they flow from designer's artwork to finished files.
Responsibilities
Create corporate video and interactive reports under the direction of senior team leads
Create and design website/ mobile app prototypes; including mockups, layout and style specification
Produce web graphics and online advertising banner
Create marketing materials including concept development to page layout
Perform quality control checks at all interim steps
Design within brand guide standards
Desired Profile Education
Bachelor degree in graphic/ web/ multimedia design
Prior experience
3 plus years of relevant experience in corporate environment
Required technical skills
Solid technical skills of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver
Proficient working skills of Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Prezi
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proficient in HTML/ CSS to be able to code, debug and integrate to standards
Solid knowledge of film, pre- press and print production process
Knowledge of JavaScript, Actionscript and jQuery will be an asset
Required skills
Good proficiency in English, including reading, comprehension, written, and oral communication skills
Experience working with teams in a professional services organization or large matrixed company
Team- oriented with a proven ability to work on multiple projects at once
Highly developed organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail
Must convey excellent client service skills
Ability to design independently as well as part of a team
Strong relationship building/ relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to take direction
Ability to work under pressure and rise to creative challenges under tight deadlines
Work timings:2 to 11pm, flexibility required
