Job Description:
• Testing – Rigorous testing (automated and manula) to ensure that product meets the business requirements.
• Report and track Defects for resolution The candidate will work on the testing of Activate NDC Business Services Responsibilities The Associate Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring that solutions meet business needs by:
• Support execution of integration test plan.
• Implement & contribute to test automation.
• Maintain Test Results.
• Identifying and reporting defects found during testing
• Reviewing documentation (e.g. information products and customer training) as required.
• Working with the development teams and other test engineers to Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Building and developing knowledge of available test practices and tools.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 0 - 1 years experience in Software Testing
• BS and/or MS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Can work with minimal guidance and show initiative.
• Work on projects of low to medium complexity, and exercise judgment within defined procedures & practices to determine appropriate action
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Good resource and time management skills Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Process, software testing life cycle.
• Prior experience in testing SST software.
