Provides follow through of complex customer issues, continuous improvement programs and development of tools such as customer satisfaction measures, etc.
This posting is for Oracle University North America and would require the employee to work night shifts.
Knowledge of Spanish language would be a plus
Should have excellent English written/spoken communication skills.
Should be a graduate with 1.5 to 3 years of experience
Should be willing to work Night Shifts
Should be able to multi task and work in pressure
Knowledge of order audit process would be a plus
Candidates with knowledge of Oracle 11i/R12 Order Management would be given preference
Candidates with Education/Training Backoffice process would be preferred
Preferably from finance background
