job Description:
Under general supervision provides technical support to customers, answering moderately complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet.
- Trouble-shooting on Information Security products
- Acquiring thorough knowlege and understanding of the product line.
Will be required to work in shifts.. 24 *7.
Desired Profile :
B. Tech (Computer Science) graduate
The candidate should have :
- Very good knowledge in either programming or towards networking
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Computer fundamentals
- Analytical and logical abilities
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
