-End to end recruitment and meeting the required numbers in voice and data business
-Coordination with HR & Ops for Team Member Volume level hiring Working on all data required for Recruitment (like MIS)
-Scanning Documents for BGC Collating hiring scores for COPC
-Maintain files for Recruitment Driving hiring through alternate sources of channels mainly PEERS
-Background Verification SPOC to ensure reports are on-time and insufficiencies if raised are processed
-MIS Reports all reports related to recruitment
candidate profile:
-Excellent interviewing & communication skill
-Possess Good Typing Skills
-Computer proficiency - working knowledge of MS Office.
-Team Player Deadline driven
