Job description:
Installation of VOIP Hardware.
Provide Support to Clients.
Monitor Clients calls, add fund to their accounts.
Update documentation of VOIP hardware (Inward and outward).
Keeping track on our server balance.
Technical support with up-saling pitch.
Addition of new clients/lines from IPMs existing database or their references.
Addition of new services and products to IPMs product portfolio through R&D.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Sound technical knowledge on (network/lease line/TCP/IP/switches/routers/DSL lines/broadband/VOIP devices etc).
Excellent Communication and technical skills.
Technical training (level 3).
Command of tracking software (Ports, Bandwidth, Software).
Personality development skill.
