Freshers need to fulfil the following criteria:
SSC>70%, HSC>70%, Graduation>60%
Candidate must have the following skills:
Strong Knowledge on RDBMS concepts
Efficient in SQL , Pl/SQL, Performance tuning, etc.
Efficient in writing packages , procedures , Functions, etc.
Knowledge in database migration is essential
Knowledgeof working on packages such as UTIL, DBMS*, etc.
Knowledge of using SQL Loader and logical database backup and restoration is desired
Knowledge of Oracle Database Architecture
Exposure to DB Designer tools like Oracle Designer
Exposure to basic DBA functions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of Server side programs - Pl/SQL
Maintenance and support of existing applications that uses Oracle database (Oracle server side programs)
Handling application performance issues
Interacting with customers to understand functional requirements and convert into application specification. ( as per need )
Taking initiatives and lead towards providing database query tuning tips to JAVA team members.
