Job Description:
Ubisoft is seeking for an intern for the Purchase Department
- Physically allotting inventory to the users from the stock room. Recording the transfers and providing me a daily excel of all the exchanges and allotments of the day.
- Lot of help during actual physical inventory. Frequency of physical inventory checking and sudden checks can be increased.
- Games/Books library maintaining, issuing, following up for returns on due dates. This can be completely taken care by him.
- Following the procedures of tagging and recording in excels when new material comes
- Following up in getting quotes. Making comparison excels.
- Follow up with vendors for delivery and open orders.
- Helping in STPI paperwork for imports + re exports.
