Job Description:
Handle End to End recruitment Lifecycle i.e source, screen and shortlist and coordinate candidate profiles.
Understanding the requirement from the clients.
Network with and headhunt hi-tech passive job seekers.
Sourcing resume through various Sources e.g. linkedin, Facebook, Job portals, user groups, networking.
Short listing candidates as per the client requirements.
Coordinating Interviews and follow up with client and candidate.
Strengthen client relationships and improve service delivery.
Desired Profile :
0 to 2 years experience after graduation
Have a passion to meet/talk to people.
