Job Description:
Design, detail and plan Tesco's New space infrastructure (Shell & services) post feasibility appraisal until project completion/ store construction.
Produce drawings & documents that comprehensively demonstrate the intent of design and provide sufficient level of detail be it for building permit or physical execution at site.
Apply knowledge of Site information, site context & constraints, country specific Formats & standards, country specific planning principles to prepare Architectural design drawings for Tesco stores.
Ensure that the designs provided by me are comprehensive, clearly understood by the local stakeholders/ building contractors.
Ensure Store Design and outputs conform to Key Performance Indicators
