Role & Responsibilities
Resolve associates issues, respond to associates queries related to payroll, benefits, claims, leave, timesheet, relocation etc within SLA
Provide relevant inputs to facilitate improvement of country-specific associate policies, process and practices
Interface with Payroll, Accounts and Operations in relation to queries, as well as to ensure good working relationships
Skills/ technologies required:
