Roles and Responsibilities:
As a MIS ADMIN. The position involves extensive internet based manual data mining and data-entry for business contact information, personalized e-mail correspondence, voice mail correspondence, follow-up, and identifying high probability suspect business customers in designated industries and regions across the US. Most day-to-day activities are primarily over the internet. You will work out of Arcterns office in Bangalore. The compensation is salary and commission based. There is excellent growth opportunity for candidates that prove themselves.
This position will help you:
Maintain employee records on MIS
Interact with ex-employees and resolve queries on high priority
Manage daily back end activities for HR team & extend support in various activities related to engagement and comp & been team
Ensure smooth coordination with other functional depts. viz. Recruitment, Admin, Finance
