Careful scrutiny of Resumes developed for clients.
Ensuring that each Resume meets prescribed Quality Standards and Norms.
Achieving Process SLAs and generating MIS Reports.
Ensuring the team's adherence to defined process and accuracy levels.
Generating Trends on the basis of assessments. Identifying Training Needs of Associates.
Providing feedback / coaching to team members for performance improvement and continuous process improvement.
candidate profile:
Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.
Excellent typing and proofreading skills as well as basic knowledge of computers.
Strong client servicing orientation with abilities in communicating with clients on understanding needs and aspirations, assessing content and deciding what information would be most valuable on the resume.
Experience 0-3 years experience
