HIRING FRESHERS / EXPERIENCED GRADUATES

• Graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with written English
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
• Written skill in American English is a distinct advantage

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
• Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement
