Job Description
Manpower search through job portals & management of the same, posting advertisements on Naukri & Times and effectively managing the response generated from the same.

Short listing the CV's matching given job description.
Doing candidate co-ordination, co-ordination with different Locations RHRMs, FMGs.
Conducting interviews for various levels in Non- IT.

Telephonic screening to check communication skills and also confirming information given in the CV with the candidate.

Maintaining end to end status records for all interviews.

Follow up with the candidates till the time of joining
