Job Description:

- Monitoring memory, CPU, Application database and disk utilization on windows / Linux servers and analyze the performance
- Maintenance through Blade Logic & Web Sphere
- Systems, network device, applications monitoring using site scope, BPM and Netcool
- Ticket Escalation to the appropriate group via CA Service Desk.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh BCA / BSC (Computer Science) / BCS (2012 batch only) with 60% plus throughout their academics
- Certification in CCNA / MCP will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Open to work in 24X7 environment

- Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company
