The candidate must be smart enough to deal with the technology world and should be able to solve queries related to it.

• Understanding of apps development procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements

• Using script tools.

• Analyzing and interpreting code.

• Identifying and analyzing problems and recommends and implements solutions.

• Applying fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.

• Consulting with CES, functional team and other technology groups on issues and recommends programming solutions.

• Installing and supporting customer exposure systems.

• Solving/ working moderately complex problems/ projects through evaluation of business processes, system processes and simplify them.

• Analyzing applications to identifying vulnerabilities and security issues.

• Conduct testing and debugging.

• Applying good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in apps development in accomplishing objectives.

• Acting as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.

• Making evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information.

• Resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.

• Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.

• Exchanging ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.

Skills Required

• Extensive Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and People Tools version 9.0 and higher.

• Strong Knowledge and working experience on Oracle 10g, SQLPLUS, PL/SQL.

• Need strong techno and/or functional knowledge on PeopleSoft products.

• Familiarity on migration and versioning tool STAT.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Ability to multi-task and handle short-term deadlines & conflicting priorities.

• Commitment to quality and takes initiative and is pro-active to take lead to devise creative solutions.

• Good Team player and a quick learner who works well with minimum supervision.

• Articulate, with positive communication style and excellent presentation skills.
