Job Description:

The CSR will be engaged throughout this life cycle:

1. Onboarding of new candidates

2. Offboarding of candidates when required

3. Ongoing consultant support (adhoc and recurring

4. Consultant Relationship Management

Responsibilities:

• Understand and utilize the different software applications used to support the process

• Understand CompuGain Onboarding and Offboarding workflows for various clients

• Understand US employment agreements and related docs/forms

• Act upon Onboarding/Offboarding processes in a timely manner. Fulfill paperwork required from consultants for employment. Fulfill paperwork for background and drug tests

• Communicate and train consultants on clients time tracking tools

• Proactively monitor and manage client specific compliance requirements

• Maintain consultant data

• POC for consultant issues or concerns, escalate to CompuGain peers for timely resolution

• Receive critical notifications from customer and/or consultants, route to appropriate CompuGain resource, and follow up to confirm that action was taken

• Conduct spot checks with sample transactions to ensure compliance

• Capture & maintain the customers procedures in a central document for use by the recruiting team

Qualifications:

• Entry level position for an MBA graduate (HR Preferable)

• Being proactive and taking ownership, and attention to details.

• Working in a fast paced services organization

• Exceptional organizational skills to multi-task and balance priorities

• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Analytical skills and methodical approach

• Troubleshooting and root cause research
