Qualifications � Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and preferably a Master's in Business Administration or an equivalent degree in Accounting � 2-4 years of relevant work experience in retirement benefits, accounting, and/or payroll � Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel etc.). � Knowledge of SAP or equivalent major ERP software package � Must be detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects � Possess a client-service mindset and a desire to get involved in a variety of projects � Ability to effectively work independently and collaborate with a team in a dynamic work environment � Ability to adapt to an environment where priorities can change quickly � Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance � Good verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills � Knowledge of Reporting and accounting procedures is preferred

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities (to take from USI Consulting Job Description): � Work with internal clients to understand the interaction among stakeholders and design and develop reporting solutions for key internal clients and Human Capital � Major responsibilities include:
o Process participant and asset transfers to Independence, Partner, Principal and Director and DTTS Pension Plans
o Work on a team to provide "client ready" data file to Human Capital for annual valuation purposes
o Work on a team to coordinate and prepare Form 5500 filings annually
o Participant data reconciliation as it relates to payroll and pension benefits � Understand benefit plan provisions and apply that knowledge on a daily basis � Understand Human Capital, Talent and Independence groups needs and possess ability to translate them into functional / technical reporting requirements � Provide support in the development and delivery of results, including applicable analysis and reporting � Provide accurate and timely information to internal clients and stakeholders. Continuously seek to enhance the service provided to clients. � Work with data programs to support ad hoc requests and analysis with ongoing monitoring and updating to ensure freshness and accuracy of information. � Balance multiple client projects and responsibilities � Communicate effectively to all levels
