job description:

The position is to enhance organizational performance and change through the design and deployment of effective people processes and practices that promote employee engagement, cultural alignment and employer brand.

Experience:Fresh MBA Graduates with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations from Tier-1 Business School.

Responsibilities:

Champion and drive people process capability assessments and improvements, internal HR audits, HR analytics and Metrics scorecards and monitor standards for excellence.

Liaise with corporate to institutionalize Organization Health surveys and other group initiatives includes OHS, Vitamin H, Pratibha Scholarships, and any other group initiatives to build OE.

Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets through appropriate benchmarking and intelligence.

Articulate the Employee Value Proposition through our policies processes and drive a culture of performance, recognition and learning through employee communication and employee engagement.

Design and implement initiatives to promote the Minacs Culture including orientation and induction, recognition, diversity and inclusion to build a great place to work.

Liaise with Business HR to educate, promote and align employees and leaders to policies and practices to meet business priorities, customer need and best practice.

Participate in industry best practice surveys and awards to enhance employer brand and positioning.

Knowledge in HR/OD/OE in a global organization.

Self Motivated and an Individual Contributor.
