job Description:
1. Identifying Key result areas based on financial impact, Control aspect & Risks assessed.
2. Risk based Audit of Eastern Region as per the IA Plan - to find the high / medium / low risk prone areas & measures for reduction of business Risk at lesser cost.
3. Review & monitoring the procedures for significant activities, examine adequacy of Internal Control and suggest additional control wherever necessary.
4. Internal Controls Mapping for major business processes. Performing Holcim ICS Testing.
5. Carry out follow up audit with the concerned Auditees for implementation of audit findings and Management Policies, Rules & Regulations.
6. Commitment to any other jobs assigned by the Chief Internal Auditor. E.g. Special Request Audit, Audit under Holcim Staff Exchange Program, Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors.
