Job description:
Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
Enters job orders in Jobdiva in conjunction with Team Lead.
Search resumes in various sourcing channels.
Screen the candidate on every required skill set ie. Communication, technical grounds etc.
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement.
Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements.
Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
Seeks the reference of the candidates from existing consultants.
Updates Job diva regularly for all the updates.
NOTE:-
THIS IS A PURE NIGHT SHIFT JOB.
APART FROM FIXED SALARY WE WOULD PROVIDE FREE CABS, DINNER MEALS, HEALTH INSURANCE AND MID-NIGHT SNACKS.
Required profile:-
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be result oriented under pressure.
Should have good understanding of IT terminologies and technologies.
Should be very flexible and have a spark in personality.
