Key accountabilities:
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end to end usage of advertisement operations tools
Provide 24/7 email based technical support to clients globally
Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs - TFR, TRT, TAT, FCR
Maintain high Customer satisfaction
Specific knowledge required:
Excellent command over English language, both verbal and written
Should possess good analytical ability
Troubleshooting skills
Application support and product support preferred
Knowledge on HTML and JavaScript
Online advertisement /e-trading experience preferred
