Job Description:
Establish a professional, efficient, helpful and friendly image in every brand contact with customers and hotels
Process reservations, changes, cancellations and requests for information
Transactions may arrive into the office through telephone, fax, e-mail.
Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company and hotel policies and procedures.
Apply telephone sales techniques on all calls in accordance with Client quality assurance standards to maximize hotel revenues and customer satisfaction
Customer Service
Maintain good working relationships with employees, colleagues, all other departments, offices and hotels (internal customers)
Answer all incoming calls professionally and diligently working in conjunction with other Business members to ensure office standards are met.
Ensure a timely information delivery, reporting problems, taking accurate messages and handling complaints without delay, attempting to fix complaints or problems promptly.
Handle guest problems and concerns and find practical solutions, consulting with the Operations Manager /Business Leaders or individuals in hotels as needed.
Listen attentively to your customers and colleagues be receptive to feedback. Objectively report guest feedback to your management Business to enable follow-up.
Operational
Help guests for the booking as per the requirement
Answer all incoming calls professionally and diligently working in conjunction with other Business members to ensure office standards are met.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Provide high quality reservations related services via phone, fax, e-mail to leading Hospitality client in the area served by the Reservations Centre.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Reservations Centre, supervising and co-ordinating between all departments within the centre.
To strive for high levels of guest satisfaction and produce maximum room revenues, whilst adhering to the standards required by the department. technical troubleshooting assistance.
